- with at least 5 years experience?

- talking about why you wanted to teach English and
- Reflecting on the choices you are able to make in relation to curriculum?
Could you take part in 4 x 45 minute interviews across a calendar year?
I am a teacher-educator and PhD student investigating the ways that teachers of English exercise autonomy about the curriculum. I want to interview English teachers who have substantive experience beyond their intial training and who are classroom teachers.
The 4 interviews will be scheduled over a calendar year. Each will last 45 minutes. They will be semi-structured, so that interesting issues can be explored and followed up.
